Q: What is the typical broker fee for a rental?

A: The New York standard is 15% of the total annual rental amount. Sometimes, depending on the unit, that amount can be negotiable.

Q: What are the qualifications to rent?

 A: Every owner is different.  The general guidelines that owners looks for are earning forty times the monthly rental amount, good credit, and a stable employment history. Some owners take guarantors, others do not. In some cases, 3rd Party guarantor RHINO is also accepted.
